Inspection Comments |
-Cardboard boxes stored near the back door for disposal block the exit, creating a hazard. Store boxes in an orderly manner that does not block the exit. Manager said she was intending on taking the boxes outside before she was notified of the inspection. -After messaging the food program lead, the water softener salts can remain on the floor. They are not considered a food product. -I have seen a significant improvement in the cleanliness of the store in the past year and a half. I see good food preparation habits, and manager is knowledgeable in her job. Thanks, Kendra! |
